Tabbing
The USPS requires all letter sized mail not in an envelope, to have tabs which keep the piece closed. For your convenience we carry both white and clear tabs. All tabs are perforated for easy opening.

Application of Postage Stamps
Postage stamps can be used on first-class, standard rate, and non-profit rate mail. Stamps make the mail piece look more appealing to the recipient.

Personalization
Create a personal approach to your mailing. Response rates increase when letters can speak directly to each recipient. Letters and envelopes are hand matched for absolute accuracy.

Mailing List Purchase
Let us help you create a targeted mailing lists based on your criteria. The right list can determine the overall effectiveness of your direct mail campaign. We buy lists often and in volume so we are able to get discounted rates and pass the savings on to you.

List Management
We offer data entry to create your mailing list, and will maintain the mailing list by making additions or corrections as needed.

Merge/Purge
We will remove duplicate names or merge household names to one record.

CASS Processing
This is required by the post office to qualify for discounted postage rates. It confirms that the addresses in a mailing list are deliverable by verifying the Zip+4 and standardizes the address according to USPS preferred format.

NCOA
By sending your database to be NCOA processed, your mailing list will be updated with the most current address information. NCOA stands for National Change of Address. It is a database maintained by the U.S. Postal Service of all individuals and companies who completed a Change of Address form in the previous four years.

FastForward
Internet-based FastForward process that is a unique, on-line method to compare names/addresses in your database with those listed in the U.S. Postal Service "Change of Address" files. That is, you can check to see if any of the people in your address list have instructed the U.S. Postal Service to forward their mail to a new address. This service differs from NCOA in that the records go back 18 months rather than 48 months. (Additional information is available on the Address Correction sheet enclosed.)

Confidentiality
We never resell or release your mailing list to any third party without written consent. All lists that are provided to Executive Mailing Services remain the property of the provider and are held in strict confidence. A signed agreement can be provided at your request.

Daily Mail Services
Executive Services offers daily outgoing mail pick-up for several local businesses. This service is designed for convenience and to save your business money.

Daily pick-up
Your outgoing mail is conveniently picked up at the same time every day, taken to our office for processing and delivered to the post office; same day guaranteed service.

Metering
We apply the postage to your mail. This saves you expensive meter lease/rental rates and allows your staff to spend their time on other tasks.

Postage Discount
When Executive Services processes your mail, it is sent through an OCR address system that applies the USPS barcode, and sorted in preparation for its destination. This speeds up the delivery of your mail because we have already done some of the work for the post office. This also allows our clients to receive a discount on their postage of $.018 on a 1 oz letter and $.023 on a 2oz letter.

Monthly Statement Processing
We can pick-up and process your monthly statements and save you money on postage. This service may be combined with our folding and inserting services depending on your needs.
